When he’s not leading productions, Emilio enjoys spending time with his daughter — often teaming up for a round of Clash of Clans.
Ronjunior Carey
CEO
Junior Carey serves as the CEO and Technical Director of LCP Multimedia, where he has been a driving force since the company’s inception. With deep expertise in audio, visual production, and special effects, Junior leads the team with both technical precision and creative insight. Outside of LCP, he dedicates his time to supporting his local community and churches through his technical and leadership skills.

Deuce is the Chief Marketing Officer of LCP Multimedia, dedicated to using cutting-edge technology to make the company look and feel its best for every client and event. When he’s not crafting visuals and experiences, you can find him at his local chess club, putting strategy into play.
