A Commencement Big Enough for the Whole Graduating Class
Full-scale commencement production with LED video walls, stage effects, and a live program feed.
The Challenge
IRSC needed a commencement ceremony that matched the scale of the moment for its graduates: full stage production, clear sightlines to the program on video screens for a packed venue, and a finale that made the ceremony feel like an event, not just a formality.
Our Approach
We built out a full LED video wall system for stage content and IMAG, produced the live program feed to the house screens, and closed the ceremony with a confetti and streamer effects finale timed to the final walk.
The Results
The ceremony ran as one continuous, fully produced program from processional to finale, with every graduate's moment on stage visible to the entire venue on the video walls.
